Born and raised in Washington D.C., Arlonzo has used the influence of authentic live genres like go-go music and his deep roots in Rhythm& Blues to create a sound described as “real rhythm and true blues” capturing audiences immediately. Coming from a single parent home raised as one of five Black males in what America would consider the “Ghetto” , he has experienced enough to influence his vivid yet relevant lyrics. Singing since age four Arlonzo learned early to harmonize vocals, use his falsetto, and belt melodic tunes straight from his diaphragm.
