Engine 12 Restaurant is a 10,000 sq ft fire station, convertedto a restaurant, bar, lounge / cigar bar. The menu will focus primarily on modern american cuisine with over 20 different beers from around the world, as well as unique wines to include organic wines. Focus will be placed on comfort style food to include Lousiana style seafood gumbo, cornmeal fried catfish, BBQ spiced calamari, apple cider brined pork tenderloin, caesar with funnel cake croutons, and of course the fried chicken to name a few.
